As a Talent Strategist, Holly has been a leader in organizations as large as 9000 employees, generating $1.9B in revenue annually. She facilitated a strategic direction to decentralize operations achieving reduced procurement cycle time by 30% and 99% on-time material operations. Her depth of experience spans unique industries including transportation, hospitality, government, the legal world, education, and nonprofit organizations.

Holly’s passion extends to philanthropic efforts including Red Bucket Equine Rescue, Pacific Marine Mammal Center, Laguna Beach Playhouse, Bolsa Chica Conservancy, Catalina Island Conservancy and most importantly Wounded Warrior Sailing Program. She is an avid golfer, sailor, hiker, and world traveler.
